Been a while but a new upload and it is based on a story written by Deviantart member Perfumedoll and it is really good, everyone should check it out because it is so creative and well written. Not to spoil anything but this fanart is based on a point in the story where the female Sternritters are fighting in Urahara's training ground and there is a reason for Bambietta's outfit, I just hope I got it right

Also I apologize for the background because I admit they are not my forte but maybe I still could have drawn it better.
